Last event, ‘THE BLACK YOUNG FEMALE LEADER’ we elevated the voices of the young women in careers, who felt marginalised, repressed because of their race, age and gender and discussed strategies that would give them a voice and the confidence to lead well in their workplaces.

To commemorate Black History Month, the launch of our Entrepreneurial 1000 Initiative and to celebrate our FOUR YEAR anniversary, PAW Africa UK wants to shine a light on the phenomenal black women who are killing it in their respective fields by hosting:

‘INTRODUCING THE ENTREPRENEURIAL 1000 INITIATIVE – SPOTLIGHTING PHENOMENAL, BLACK FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS’

We want to highlight the amazing representations of BLACK FEMALE EXCELLENCE around us in the business world to inspire, motivate and push you to believe anything is possible with the right mindset and encouragement.

We want to shed light on the inspirational journeys of different women who have obtained success in their respective fields and who have made valuable and impactful contributions to their communities.

We want to encourage you to believe you too can make waves in your respective fields. We believe with the nuggets, insights and tools shared by these phenomenal women you too can be on the path to success.
