Black History Tour in Liverpool by Eric Lynch

Members of EUBMG are organising a family and friends tour in partnership with Eric Lynch (the oral Historian and creator of the Slavery History Tour in parts of Liverpool, which include the slave museum. The tour will give a narrative of the European enslavement of Africans, how England and other parts of Europe benefited economically from this devastating practice, given that Liverpool was one of the main trading ports of its time. This event is open to all.

Departure time and location – 07:00 from outside the Enfield Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield Town, London EN1 3XA

Arrival time and location – Approximately 11:00/11:30am International Slavery Museum, Merseryside Maritime Museum, Albert Dock, Liverpool L3 4AX

Return Journey details: We aim to leave Liverpool at approximately 16:30

Tour finish time and location approximately 14:00 outside the International Slavery Museum

Return time and location – Approximately 20:30, outside Enfield Civic Centre
