Sip & Paint: Africa Day Celebration comes to the Renold Building in Manchester for an immersive evening of art, music and cultural celebration, marking Africa Day 2026 in a creative and welcoming setting.
aking place on Friday 29th May from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, the event is presented by Black Creative Trailblazers in partnership with Sister Manchester. Designed as a space for creativity and connection, the evening brings together guided painting, live performance and community engagement in honour of the African continent.

Alongside the painting experience, visitors can explore a curated art exhibition featuring Africa-inspired work by artists from across Manchester, celebrating diverse creative voices and the importance of representation. Live music performances throughout the evening provide a rich and atmospheric soundtrack, enhancing the sense of celebration and cultural connection.
Set within the Renold Building, the event offers a relaxed and inclusive environment where guests can enjoy drinks, meet new people and engage with the creative community. With its blend of art, music and shared experience, Sip & Paint: Africa Day Celebration offers a vibrant and memorable way to celebrate culture, creativity and connection.
