Red Seeds Film Festival

Saturday 11 September 2021

The Red Seeds Film Festival celebrates Black African Diaspora Women’s independent/art house films within the film industry.

Our aim is to showcase the range and breadth of Black African Diaspora Women independent films, animation, and music videos, sharing their stories and diverse cultural perspectives as female film makers, screenwriters, directors, producers, and lead film actors.

To a new audience who are interested in watching films made by or based on Black African Diaspora Women.

Established in 2021, the Red Seeds Film Festival is a female collective based at the Black Arts Forum, in Handsworth, North Birmingham.
