From Roots to Mighty Trees – A Celebration of Black Children’s Stories

Join us at Kingswood Park and/or Page Park for a treasure hunt in the trees, for exciting new stories to be told.

 

This family-friendly event is perfect for children up to 10 years old and their families.

Pluck exciting Black stories from the trees for a Black History Month celebration like no other, live storytelling performances, and the chance to read together and leave your own suggestions for future sessions, as your legacy, to inspire others…as they have inspired you!

Note the event will be held in two different locations on the different dates below:
