Join actor, writer and comedian Kiell Smith-Bynoe for his hit live show Kool Story Bro, bringing a night of fast-paced, improvised comedy to Bristol Old Vic as part of his UK tour.
Best known for his roles in Ghosts, Stath Lets Flats and as host of The Great British Sewing Bee, Kiell leads an all-star line-up of comedians and special guest performers in a completely unscripted show built around audience stories.
Each performance begins with real-life anecdotes shared by the audience, which are then transformed into spontaneous comedy sketches on stage. With no script and no set structure, every show is entirely unique, shaped in the moment by the performers and the stories they are given.
Featuring a rotating cast of some of the UK’s leading improvisers and surprise celebrity guests, Kool Story Bro has gained a strong following following sold-out runs in London, Edinburgh and across the UK.
The result is an energetic and unpredictable night of comedy, blending quick thinking, character work and audience interaction to create something completely original each time.
