Inspiring our Culture: A Celebration of Black Art

Thursday 20th October

Join us as we take our annual Black History Month celebration to the Black Cultural Archives!

In a conversation led by Lisa Anderson, Interim Managing Director of the BCA, we will hear from Laurence M. White, an emerging British contemporary artist. We’ll learn more about his journey, what it takes to establish yourself in the art world and how we can support, nurture and cultivate Black British art and artists.

For more information about Laurence and to see a sampling of his work, please visit https://laurencemwhite.com/.

Proceeds from this event will support the London (UK) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated as it delivers services for black youth and women from disadvantaged communities through its LEAP programme. For more information on the work we do please visit www.londonlinksinc.org.uk.
