We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the 3rd annual African Women’s Dinner on Saturday 25th March 2017 which will be held at the MILLENIUM HOTEL LONDON MAYFAIR. Situated in the heart of fashionable Mayfair, Millennium Hotel London Mayfair combines traditional charm and luxury with picturesque views overlooking Grosvenor Square.
Set just 7 minutes walk from bustling Bond Street and Hyde Park, The Millenium Hotel London Mayfair is our stylish destination of choice for 2017, and this amazing space will set the scene for an exclusive and elegant dining experience where you can enjoy the top notch entertainment that comes as part of your ticket price in superb style.
The venue will also play host to our exciting fashion show, Fashion Forward Africa, as well as display a variety of topical products and goods from our many talented stallholders at our pre-dinner exhibition.
The hosts for the night are Lateef Lovejoy “The Loveprince Of Entertainment”, a unique and distinctive act on the comedy circuits and Vas Joan, a radio presenter. And don’t forget our line-up of excellent entertainment and informative speakers, including Nandi Jola, a South African born writer and Activist.
The last AWD event opened its doors to over 400 women and the 2017 event aims to be bigger and better ensuring that we celebrate WOMAN in style during the International Women’s month and with Mother’s day just round the corner what better way to celebrate mothers. AWD can’t wait to see you at what looks set to be yet another anticipated Afro-centric events on the London social calendar.
And don’t forget, if you know someone who would like to come along but hasn’t booked their tickets yet, we still have a few standard and VIP tickets available. But tell them to hurry up as places are going fast.
VIP tickets are just £70 and ensure premium hospitality along with goody bag, champagne reception, dinner and the best seats in the house, while our excellent value standard tickets are £50 and include a gourmet 3 course dinner, and a gorgeous goody bag to take home. VIP tickets are especially highly limited so tell your friends to snap them up if they are interested in attending in one of our VIP positions!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The nearest underground station to the venue is Bond Street station which is a 5 min walk away. You can also access the venue using Marble Arch Station or green park station. Both are within 5-10min walk. If you are driving, there is a NCP ( https://www.ncp.co.uk/find-a-car-park/car-parks/london-millennium-hotel ) parking next door to the hotel but it is advisable to book in advance
