Carnival Vibes is set to the electric beat of a live Dj playing the best Caribbean Soca, Dancehall and Afrobeats and features HIIT warmups, hip- swaying choreography and our very own “Waistline drills”. No matter your level- from dance enthusiast to professional “feteran” to prima ballerina- this class offer feels good fun that hardly anyone can resist. Our class challenges you to embody the bold grooves of dancehall with the high energy, syncopated movement of soca! We interweave confidence building exercises into our class to get you to embrace your BODY and the way YOU MOVE whilst of course enjoying the atmosphere of carnival in a studio!
