Erykah Badu

Saturday 5th November

25 years since the release of Baduizm, the queen of neo-soul celebrates the enormously influential album in our Royal Festival Hall.

Erykah Badu is one of the most influential artists of the modern era.

Her sound is a lush soundscape blending a multitude of genres including jazz, R&B, funk, soul and hip-hop.

Badu’s triple platinum-selling debut album Baduizm, celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2022, and she’s playing two nights at the Southbank Centre to mark that milestone.

For the Saturday performance, support comes from muva of Earth, and DJ Lil’ Minx. On Sunday, support comes from anaiis, plus DJ Sara El Harrak.
