Windrush NHS Stories: Lyrics & Music with Sefton Simpson and Reece Williams

Join Sefton and Reece for a workshop where participants will be empowered to find the lyrical in the every day.
The workshop will allow participants to:
Explore their own NHS story
Use their stories as the inspiration for music
Write their own lyrics and spoken word
Work collaboratively to find and create melodies
Sefton Simpson, Project Co-Ordinator at ACMHS, is a skilled multi-instrumentalist, music producer and sound engineer. He has extensive experience of using music as a creative tool for self-expression and inspiring communities to experience the benefits of creativity.
Reece Williams, professional poet and spoken word artist, has over 10 years’ experience working as a writer, performer, mentor and recording artist in a range of local, national and international settings. He uses poetry to help people tap in to their life stories and to make sense of the world they see around them.
