The Construction Youth Trust Application and Interview Masterclass is being delivered as part of the Mayor of London Recruitment Drive for Young Black Men 3-day event.

Following the opportunity to learn more about careers available with the biggest national players in the construction and infrastructure sectors, this session is designed to help you hone your employability skills and make the best impression possible on potential employers! The session is free to anyone who identifies as both Black and male and aged between 16-24 years old.

Workforce Integration Network

The Workforce Integration Network (WIN) was established in 2018 as part of the Mayor’s Strategy for Social Integration to improve pathways for under-represented groups in the workplace. The WIN programme is currently focused on supporting young Black men aged 16 to 24 years into significant and substantial employment in London. The WIN Design Lab supports large London based employers from the construction and infrastructure sectors to build diverse and inclusive workplaces, and specifically tackle the underrepresentation of young Black men in their workforce.

Construction Youth Trust

Construction Youth Trust is a forward-thinking charity whose mission is to help young people reach their full potential and take their first steps towards a rewarding working life within the construction and built environment sector. The Trust prepare young people for the world of work, support them to build their skills and confidence and connect them with opportunities and employers aligned with their abilities and interests.
