Black History Month – online talk by Deej Malik-Johnson on Len Johnson

Deej Malik-Johnson, a co-founder of Black Lives Matter Manchester, will talk to us about activist and boxer Len Johnson (1902-74). The Working Class Movement Library in Salford has archives on Len Johnson, the New International Society, and the Pan-African Congress which was held in Manchester in 1945 and the 75th anniversary of which will be celebrated this October.
