Two and a Half Questions Film Screening

Join us at Brixton Village Studios for a screening of Two and a Half Questions as part of Lambeth’s Windrush Celebrations 2022!

 

Two and a Half Questions is an exploration of the lives and aspirations of the Windrush generation and those who came after them. Speaking to people aged 14 to 87 years old, the film uncovers attitudes and issues within education, employment, religion and the wider society to create a fascinating portrait of the range of experiences that has shaped the black community in London over the past 70 years.

The event is part of a series of free community screenings across Brixton’s Landmark venues celebrating Windrush between 18th – 26th June.

We invite all guests to an afternoon with artist Oumou Longley between 14:00pm – 16:00pm in Unit 14E Market Row, Brixton Village, to view her artwork ‘Olive Morris: Voices of the Archive’ share refreshments and honour Olive Morris on her birthday.
