Part of Cambridge’s celebration of Black History Month, a panel of influential speakers will reflect on the under-representation of Black and Minority Ethnic people in academia, sports and business.

What needs to change across different sectors and industries, to end discrimination and disadvantage? How fast are things moving towards equality and what more can be done?
