The Social Life of DNA: racial reconciliation and institutional morality

On Thursday 26th October, Professor Nelson, newly elected President of the Social Science Research Council, will deliver a lecture on one of the most pressing topics today; how the discovery of DNA has wound its way into the heart of contemporary social issues around race, science and history. This is the first UK lecture Professor Nelson will deliver on The Social Life of DNA and as President of the SSRC.
