Franz Von, the eMCee of K.O.G and the Zongo Brigade retains his love for classic Hip-hop and his rooting in African music with his live band. Bringing a high energy show, incorporating some of the North’s best Jazz musicians to help showcase his lyricism and animated performances.
Originally hailing from Jamaica Franz Von moved to the UK, where he has pursued a career in music, most recently as part of the K.O.G and the Zongo Brigade. The band have quickly become a festival staple having played the West Holts stage at Glastonbury festival as well as huge shows at WOMAD, Green Man and tours across Europe.
