Robin Walker ‘The Black History Man’ will lead an informative short course on the Origin and Evolution of Black Music. All the sessions are inspiring multimedia presentations that will enable you to see, hear, enjoy and experience great and uplifting music. The course traces Black Music from the Nile Valley, to the Ancient African Courts, to the Plantations, to Gospel, to the birth of Calypso, Highlife, Jazz, Modern Jazz, Rock & Roll, Soul, Funk, Ska, Disco, HipHop, Techno, House Music and Grime.
