Empowered to Lead Conference

Saturday 8th October

The ‘Empowered to Lead’ Conference, for Black female professionals and Allies dedicated to being meaningful and purposeful change-makers.

We are thrilled to be hosting the first in-person She Leads for Legacy Conference on 8th October 2022. In celebration of Black History Month, this conference is for Black female professionals and Allies committed to the advancement of Black women into senior leadership and board level roles.

We will be exploring how we, as individuals and organisations, can better advance the Equalities agenda and create more diverse and inclusive workplaces.

The conference will include a mixture of plenary and masterclass sessions, exploring how we can use our voice, optimise self-care and be inspired by the work of both Black women and Allies across the UK.

There will be plenty of opportunities for you to network with colleagues and attendees and visit our exhibition area with Black-owned businesses.

Once registered, you’ll be kept updated with programme announcements and the latest information about the day.
