Middle East and North African Workshop

Middle East and North African cuisines provide lots of inspiration for vegan and vegetarian dishes; From their use of fresh sun loving vegetables and salads, to sweet and subtle spices, with great colours and textures.

For this workshop we’ll pick some flavours and techniques to explore, tasting and trying as we go along! You’ll get inspiration, a chance to experiment, and some recipes to take away with you.

It’ll be fun and hands-on, in our deicated teaching kitchen with up to 6 participants, refreshments provided.
