Susannah Savage (SOAS): Strangers in strange lands: Indians and the path to citizenship in the French Caribbean

Ms. Savage is a PhD Candidate at the School of Oriental and African Studies. Prior to beginning her PhD, she was a Nico Colchester Fellow at The Economist.
Grace Carrington (LSE): A Forgotten Massacre: Understanding the Significance of ‘Mai 67’ for Decolonisation in Guadeloupe

Ms. Carrington is a PhD Candidate at the London School of Economics. She is also a graduate teaching assistant on the course From Empire to Independence: The Extra-European World in the Twentieth Century
