For the International Women’s Day, we are delighted to bring you an evening of music by women composers of African descent – Shirley J. Thompson, Errollyn Wallen, Betty Jackson King, Florence Price, Margaret Bonds, Maria Thompson Corley, Nkeiru Okoye – featuring piano music and songs, performed by female musicians.
