For the International Women’s Day, we are delighted to bring you an evening of music by women composers of African descent – Shirley J. Thompson, Errollyn Wallen, Betty Jackson King, Florence Price, Margaret Bonds, Maria Thompson Corley, Nkeiru Okoye – featuring piano music and songs, performed by female musicians. The 2022 African Concert Series runs monthly with an audience. Please note that we will be following the latest recommended government guidance for Covid-19. We advise ticket holders to wear a face covering. We will keep a close eye on the latest guidance and will update ticket holders if there are changes. If we have to cancel a concert due to Covid-19 you will be offered a refund. We recommend you take a Lateral Flow Test before attending a concert.
