Black History 365

Wednesday 17 November 2021

To celebrate Black History 365, the Centre for Applied Sociology Research (CASR) will host a series of local events in collaboration with Black and minoritized communities and organisations across different University campus locations (Greenwich and Bathway Theatre) and online.

The CASR programme of events, which are led by our community partners, invite children, young people, migrants and older people from the local community, who are at risk of poverty and social exclusion, to participate in a range of interactive activities. These include: dance workshops, online theatre performances, invited talks, exhibition, interactive boxing/fitness workshops. The events celebrate the University of Greenwich as a community space, open and accessible to all, including the most vulnerable groups in society.
