‘Flying for Britain’ library screening

Join us at Kingston Library for a screening of ‘Flying for Britain: Johnny Smythe RAF Navigator in World War 2 and The Windrush Story at Kingston’ on 12 October!

 

‘Flying for Britain’ is a short docu-drama sharing the stories of the African and Africa-Caribbean contributions to the war effort and the establishment of Black Britons post-war history.

Following the screening, there will be a Q&A with the director, Amanda Epe and Eddy Smythe.

The event is free and there is no booking required
