Celebrating Windrush Foundation’s 30th Anniversary

Saturday 21 June

Celebrate a remarkable milestone as the Windrush Foundation marks its 30th Anniversary with an uplifting evening of music, video, poetry, and reflection.

Taking place at The Tab Centre on Saturday 21 June 2025, from 6:00 to 8:30 pm, this event will shine a light on three decades of dedication to preserving and promoting the legacy of the Windrush Generation. Doors open at 5:30 pm, with no entry permitted after 6:30 pm.

The programme promises a vibrant mix of cultural expression and community spirit, honouring the stories and contributions of Caribbean people in Britain. From powerful spoken word performances to moving musical tributes, the evening will showcase the impact of the Foundation’s work across generations.

As the Foundation looks to the future, the celebration will also reflect on its ongoing mission—supporting heritage education, raising awareness, and inspiring new voices to carry forward the spirit of Windrush. Each moment of the evening is crafted to acknowledge the past while looking ahead with pride and purpose.

This is a rare opportunity to take part in a landmark event highlighting 30 years of service, resilience, and cultural pride. The Windrush Foundation has long been a pillar in the community, creating space for dialogue, remembrance, and shared identity.

Spaces for this celebration are limited and early arrival is strongly advised. Mark the date, take in the atmosphere, and enjoy an evening filled with history, creativity, and good vibes.
