The Impact Black leadership accelerator programme is a 3 month course designed for ambitious and socially conscious Black professionals who want to do something to create greater racial justice but also want the skills and experience to move into senior leadership positions.
Our Taster session will give you the opportunity to experience one session from our programme.
We will be exploring the importance of understanding your personal authentic leadership approach and its effect on people you lead.
The workshop will be lead by Christina Duru Chief People Officer at Catch22 a not for profit business with over 1000 employees operating across England. Christina is one of the lead trainers on the Impact Black programme
