Elizabeth Williams will be discussing her book on global struggle against racism.
She will talk about the solidarity of the African Diaspora people of Britain and the struggle
against apartheid in South Africa and how the two were inextricably linked against an
implacable foe. Elizabeth Williams is a visiting lecturer in modern history at several universities
and works as a subject librarian at Goldsmiths, University of London.
