Speak On: Black Women’s Guide To Navigating & Thriving in the Workplace

Wednesday 11th October

Speak On Panel Event that discusses the unique experiences, challenges, and triumphs of Black women in professional environments.

For Black History Month, this event aims to shed light on the unique experiences, challenges, and triumphs of Black women in professional environments, while providing strategies for navigating and thriving in the workplace and business.

Our panel and host Yolanda Copes-Stepney will share their personal stories, insights, and expertise on topics such as career advancement, overcoming systemic barriers, building supportive networks, and self-empowerment.

Through open and honest discussions, we will address the intersectional challenges faced by Black women, celebrate their contributions, and highlight the importance of inclusive and equitable workplaces. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge, practical tips, and resources to help them succeed, lead with authenticity, and break down barriers in their own professional journeys.

This event aims to create a supportive and empowering space where Black women can connect, learn from one another, and inspire change. Whether you’re a Black woman seeking to advance in your career, an ally looking to learn and support, or an organization committed to fostering diversity and inclusion, this panel event promises to be informative, enlightening, and transformative. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of the dialogue and drive positive change for Black women at work.
