360 Degree Filmmaking with Oral Histories workshop – Brixton Pound

Sat, 22 June 2019 14:00 – 17:00

Learn how to use 360 degree film and VR technology to bring oral histories to life.

The 360 degree filmmaking workshops are open to anyone and will teach participants how to capture oral histories and plan 360 degree stories that tell factual stories. We will explore how to storyboard, use 360 degree cameras, how to edit a 360 degree film and how to share this with the public.

The workshop is part of the Coldharbour Oral History project exploring the historical significance of spaces in Brixton. The project is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund and collaborating with University of the Arts London. During the workshop, participants will be invited to join our team to work with us over the next 4 months and have a impact on how the project develops into a public exhibition taking place in October 2019.
