Connect to your physical body in this fun class that will teach you how to move in the lyrical flow and syncopated steps of a collective dialogue of dance influences. Influenced by African and Jazz dance the course is taught to cater for a mixed ability group and it is approached from a somatics / embodied perspective, to give students a centred and fluid understanding of the basic principles, techniques and style of these three forms in a synthesised format, underpinned by a strong musical resonance.
