Our beginner friendly classes feature a mixture of fun Cardio, Flexibility & HIIT exercises while incorporating Afrobeat, Dancehall & Soca dance styles.
While shaking a leg, whining, & twerking you’ll discover your inner-Beyonce sculpt your Core, strengthening your Pelvic Floor, Arms, Abs, Legs & Booty for a complete full body workout!
Come prepared to sweat, stretch and dance like never before. We recommend you:
