Annette Walker’s Tap Dance

These weekly sessions combine exercises for musical and technical skill of tap dance with reference to its historical African-American jazz roots. Learn classic repertoire passed down by past and present practitioners and how to blend dance and music.

Learn and build your tap dance skills with a foundation in musicianship to understand the rhythm, phrasing and structure of percussive music made with your feet.
