A Safe and Supportive Online Gathering of Black Women – Informed and Inspired to Attain Womb-Wellness.
The Black Sister’s Womb-Wellness Circle has been created as a direct response to the growing need for Black women to return to their serenity and balance to reduce a range of health conditions affecting us disproportionately across the globe. The sessions aim to assist Black women to gain more awareness of the range of strategies and solutions available to them, sharing holistic therapies and techniques to aid healing and restoration through self-care.
Topics vary each month based on expressions of interest, and have included topics such as: fibroid elimination, hormonal health, healing the feminine-based historical trauma, regaining self-worth, energetic healing, yogic practice and stretches, gut health, moving to a plant-based diet, the relationship between health and wealth, mindfulness meditation, mindful journaling, breath therapy, acupressure, stress elimination and more.
The sessions have been a great support for many Black women, as we seldom take time out to heal ourselves and consider lifestyle changes to eliminate mental, physical and spiritual imbalances that can often get in the way of us living full and productive lives.
