Pancha Kabi – Satyen Sen School of Performing Arts is celebrating the works of Five Great Bengali composers (Rabindranath Tagore, Kazi Nazrul Islam, Atul Prasad Sen, Rajanikanta Sen and Dwijendralal Roy). The programme will include a colourful presentation by children which includes the writings and music for children by these great thinkers. A composition of music, dance and poetry called Desh – expressing the love and devotion for the motherland is the key feature of the programme. Nari – a compilation of extracts from Tagore’s various Dance dramas expressing the concept of Women Liberation is one of the main attractions.

The programme aims to create a wonderful family experience with a variety of programmes including dance, music and poetry. It would be a journey through the creative works of the great Bengali Intellects who laid the foundation of modern Bengali culture.
