Moving Together Unapologetically Black Therapeutic Yoga for Black people

Uplifting, Therapeutic Yoga online every Sunday, for Black Women, Black Men and Black non-binary, by Black Yoga teachers in London.

You are invited to join our therapeutic yoga and meditation practices created for Black people from the African diaspora to release stress, boost health, and feel joy. We bring rhythmic, therapeutic movement, calming restorative practices and empowering meditation to boost our wellbeing. We honour ourselves & each other in a loving, all Black space.

I promise you a warm welcome and an hour of quality time together where you are cherished just the way you are.

Our Unapologetically Black Yoga class offers:- Black joy plus accessible practices for anxiety, fatigue, grief, mental soothing, and racial stress release. The practice addresses joint care, muscle flexibility, physical fitness, organ nutrition, IBS, pain relief, heart health and much more.
