The Brand New Heavies: Brother Sister 30 Tour

Friday 20 December

Few bands stand out as truly iconic, straddling genres, eras and scenes, to become a stalwart part of musical culture and heritage.

The Brand New Heavies are absolutely one of those bands. And with Brother Sister, their million plus selling album released in 1994, they flawlessly displayed a unique blend of sounds and styles, forming something entirely fresh and distinctively theirs.

Thirty years on, the pioneers of Acid Jazz are hitting the road again to bring Midnight At The Oasis, Stay This Way, Dream on Dreamer, Sometimes and more of their timeless hits back to the dancefloor. Original members Simon Bartholomew and Andrew Levy are joined by the incredibly talented vocalist Angela Ricci to celebrate three decades of an era-defining album that has become a landmark of music. It’s rare that we have the chance to see pioneers of our era play live. So people, it’s time. Let’s get Back To Love.
