V&A Museum, Hair Care & Hair Loss Talk in London

The V&A Museum are holding A Celebration of Afro Hair - a free event for all ages, from 12.00 - 17.30pm. No tickets required - FREE entry

Come and join in the Celebration of Afro Hair at the V&A Museum, South Kensington where there will be a variety of things to do, see and learn including workshops, wash day demos, afro hair consultations, hair stories, film screening, talks, seminars and music!

 

Hair Care and Hair Loss Talk

Lorna Jones, Certified Trichologist from the International Association of Trichologists will share her expert Afro hair care and styling tips.

As Group leader of the UK CCCA Suppot group run by the Scarring Alopecia Foundation (SAF), Lorna will explore some of the most common types of hair loss found in men and women and share her advice.

CCCA otherwise known as Central Centrifugal Cicatricial Alopecia is a type of central hair loss condition that is found almost exclusively in black women. Instagram @caringforhairuk
